ENJOY MUSIC AND TIME WITH YOUR KIDDOS

Engaging with a child in play through music is not only fun, but has many added and proven benefits: the emotional connection between parent and child, the opportunity for adults to interact and build friendships with other adults, development of social skills for children, attention regulation, decrease in screen time, sensory stimulation, exploration into the joy of music, and on and on! Bottom line … both of you will have fun engaging in music and you will be doing it together!

Some activities during classes include: instrument play (on buckets, balls, cans, bells, sticks, shakers, and kazoos), discovery and play with sensory items (such as hoops, mirrors, pool noodles, and scarves), singing a variety of songs with motions, introduction to musical concepts (such as high/low, forte/piano, and allegro/andante), a musical story time, and the making of a musical instrument to take home.
